Disciplinary

To Protect Members, Coaches and Parents we have developed a procedure for any complaints entered.

Our club has always believed in a process to attaining a resolution to a complaint or to any OSA Action on players. The club follows all rules regulated by Ontario Soccer but to put in a request for re-Trail a form must be submitted. Playing Time complaints are not deemed an issue with the Disciplinary commititee unless its found to be based on bias and based on descrimination.

Step One is to submit a form, it can be done Anonymously

Step two Form will be forwarded to our Disciplinary committee
Committee will review and process the request accordingly
Investigation will begin and if deemed necesary a hearing will be created, if required

Any complaint found to be serious will be done swiftly and within Ontario Soccer Regulations. Any hearings will be done with three people selected by the board who are deemed unbias to the case at hand. Any financial complaints must be forwarded to your manager or club Manager for quicker resolution.
