
Fitness Training
- U13 and UP -> dedicate one day of 4 training sessions for Strength and Conditioning, Fitness, Cardio.
- U10-U12 -> Dedicate one day of 3 on their fitness day to Cardio and Co-ordination drills. Agility Drills, Spped and Quickness drills
- U5-U9 -> Dedicate one day of 2 training sessions to Co-Ordination drills, running and strength development
