  • U13 and UP -> dedicate one day of 3 training sessions for Strength and Conditioning, Fitness, Cardio.
  • U10-U12 -> Dedicate their fitness day to Cardio and Co-ordination drills. Agility Drills, Spped and Quickness drills
  • U4-U9 -> Dedicate one day of 2 training sessions to Co-Ordination drills, running and endurance devlopment

Technical And Tactical


  • U13 and UP -> Position drills, Formations, Tactical, game situation drills.
  • U10-U12 -> Position play development, defensive understanding, counter attacks.
  • U4-U9 -> Ball handling, Dribble development, First touch development, Recieving and Passing, Shooting

Game Development


  • U13 and UP -> Game breakdown and player awareness. Exhibition games, International Tournaments, Showcases, League Play
  • U8-U12 -> Game breakdown and player awareness. Exhibition games, International Tournaments, League Play
  • U4-U7 -> Game breakdown and player awareness. House League Play

Our programs dedicate ball control and footwork. The principles of soccer, running with the ball, dribbling, passing and positioning. We implement Futsal in the development program.
